Effective date

These Terms of Service are effective from June 5, 2026. By using this website, contacting us, or asking AW Business Service Pattaya to review or prepare documents, you agree to these terms unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise.

Scope of website information

This website provides general information about visa services, work permits, company registration, accounting, tax filing, legal consultation coordination, translation support, and personal document support. Website content is not an official government instruction, legal opinion, tax opinion, accounting opinion, or guarantee of approval.

Service inquiries and consultation

Initial replies by LINE, phone, email, form, or in-person discussion are based on the information you provide. Case-specific advice, document preparation, submission support, or representation may require a confirmed service scope, document review, timeline, and fee quotation.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for giving accurate, complete, current, and lawful information. You must review all documents before signing or submitting them and inform us quickly if your address, passport, visa status, employment, company status, family status, tax status, or other relevant information changes.

Document authenticity

You must not provide false, altered, misleading, or unauthorized documents. We may refuse, pause, or cancel support if we believe documents or instructions may be inaccurate, unlawful, harmful, or outside our service scope.

No guarantee of outcome

Government approvals, registration decisions, immigration decisions, labor decisions, tax assessments, bank decisions, licensing decisions, appointment timing, and processing time are controlled by third parties or authorities. We help prepare and coordinate documents, but we cannot guarantee approval, timeline, or result.

Fees, deposits, and expenses

Fees, deposits, government charges, translation charges, courier charges, professional fees, and other expenses should be confirmed before paid work begins. Unless stated otherwise in writing, third-party fees and government fees are separate from our service fee and may be non-refundable once paid or once work has started.

Cancellation and refund limits

If you cancel a service after work has started, completed work, administrative time, third-party costs, and government fees may be deducted from any refund. No refund is normally available for completed work, submitted applications, paid third-party costs, or delays caused by authorities or incomplete client information.

Communication channels

We may communicate through LINE, phone, email, website forms, and in-person meetings. You are responsible for checking messages and responding within a reasonable time. Delayed replies may affect appointment availability, filing dates, renewal deadlines, or service outcomes.

Third-party links and services

This website may link to LINE, Google Maps, social media, payment pages, government websites, or third-party tools. We are not responsible for third-party content, downtime, policies, fees, decisions, or security practices.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, AW Business Service Pattaya is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, loss caused by false or incomplete client information, missed deadlines caused by delayed client response, government delay, third-party refusal, system outage, or events outside our reasonable control.

Privacy and data protection

Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and PDPA Notice. Please avoid sending documents that are not necessary for your inquiry or service.

Intellectual property

Website text, layout, images, service descriptions, and brand materials belong to AW Business Service Pattaya or licensed providers unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, reuse, or publish website content for commercial use without written permission.
